For the past year at Kaaj Education Organization, my team and I architected and developed a custom LMS from the ground up, enabling scalable online education for 1,000+ students. We built and deployed an AI-powered Project-Based Learning platform and RAG tutor, leveraging behavioral data and context engineering to deliver personalized learning experiences. This transition from Moodle increased student engagement by 40% within 3 months, growing to 100+ daily active users and positioning the platform to scale to over 10,000 learners.
